ArGIS Enterpise 10.7.1

Layer list widget

The situation I have is this. I have a web app with several Layer list widgets. When I add a layer to the used webmap, the layer appears in all Layer List Widgets. Is it possible to set this default to hidden so I only need to unhide the layer in one widget as to hide the layer in all other widgets?
