It opened the browser at&nbsp;<A href="https://community.esri.com/" target="_blank">http://&lt;mymachinename&gt;:3344/webappbuilder/?action=setportalurl</A>.&nbsp;</P><P>I entered a url of our portal and a app id. Then clicked the 'APPROVE' button.
