Unwanted fields when exporting to csv

I have set up some layers in a web app that have a very specific set of fields because the output will be used in an app that requires certain fields - and won't work if there are any more - they need to be removed first.

I select features with the selection widget then either export from the selection widget panel or open the attribute table and export to csv. The following fields get added:

OBJECTID - Turned off in web map

SHAPE - Turned off in web map

wkid - Not in the original attribute table

x - Not in the original attribute table

y - Not in the original attribute table

Is there any way to exclude these fields? I am willing to take a crack at web app builder for developers.
