    <description>&lt;P&gt;I would like to force the user to close the Smart Editor before they are allowed to do anything else. Using the Plateau theme a user can begin editing and the click on another feature without first closing the editor creating confusion for the user. The desired behavior is a little like locking map navigation&lt;/P&gt;</description>
