Current Extent Link to another Web Application

Is there a way to create a link of the current extent to open another web application?

I have to Web Applications both built in WebApp Builder (one in ArcGIS Online and one in Portal). I would like a link on the one Application (Online) that a user can click that opens the second application at the same extent.

I see in the Share Tool that I'm using it provides a URL to give to someone that has the current extent with the current map (see below). I pretty much want a similar link that pretty much does the same thing except where I can put the second application id in, instead of giving the current map.
