Filter/Search polygons based on proximity to other features.

Hi everyone, I'm looking to create a site selection tool in Web AppBuilder, that filters user-defined polygons based on their proximity to other features.

The idea is that the user defines their own site polygons, either by drawing, or uploading. Following this they would be presented with a number of slider bars (proximity to xxx feature etc) and tick-boxes (to satisfy certain criteria), being able to slide, turn on and off as they wish in order to filter their sites based on the unique options they selected.

The idea is to be able to do all of this on the fly, allowing the, to completely change their mind and re-adjust all the values to ‘model’ different scenarios.

I hope the above is clear.

If anyone knows of any existing widgets or tools that can achieve this, or have any advice towards creating this in developer edition, I would be really grateful.
