How to selected a custom DEM to be used in the custom Elevation Profile Widget?

Hi. I would like to use the Elevation profile widget https://community.esri.com/t5/web-appbuilder-custom-widgets/elevation-profile-widget-version-2-17-9-19-2020/ta-p/910158

in a map with my custom DEM data. However this widget uses the default ESRI DEM data, Someone has some suggestion how to fix it? Thanks

Unfortunately no. My published DEM image sits on Portal Enterprise, and it is not working, since the Default source is in ArcGIS Online. I tried to follow the steps that the widget developer recommended (he asks to publish a geoprocessing service), but it failed (the guide was made for ArcMap in 2014). I could not find any update for that.
