(I.e. a step by step guide through each of the widgets that are in the app as well as how to use them. I'm envisioning a sequential tutorial wherein the screen is greyed out except for the widget that is being explained.)</P><P>This splash screen would show up each time the app is accessed from a new device/ IP address and will be able to be turned off once a user has seen it.</P><P>Is this possible from the splash widget, or is there another widget I should be looking at?
