WebAppBuilder is map-centric, opposed to the Experience Builder. Linking two different map objects sounds like a lot of work and I'm not sure if even possible with WAB, although there are some templates that allows a similar behaviour to some extent. ExperienceBuilder is designed just for that - it might be possible to customize this behaviour on the developer edition of the EB (which sounds much less effort than working out sync in WAB).

Im trying to make a web app that has 2 web scenes side by side. They have 2 different SLPK models flown by drone at 2 different times in the same location, and i would like the extents of the scenes to be linked, so that panning, orbiting, zooming is mirrored. Is this possible?

I tried this with Experience Builder, but the Triggers allowed for linking the extent of scenes are only zoom and pan. The 3D orbit doesnt work and the linked scene remains top down above the model.
