Infographic Widget cannot set data source

We are experiencing issues where we can no longer use the Infographic widget on Enterprise (10.7) or Online.

When trying to create brand new infographic widgets, we can no longer select a feature layer either through Map or Extra data source.

Existing infographic widgets still show data charts, however when you need to edit the widget the same error occurs.

Have tried multiple services (map, feature, hosted and non-hosted) all with query capabilities enabled but no luck.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

I have the same issue here. In the infographic widgets document, it says we can even get information with select widget but all I can see is some of the other widgets output in set extra data source panel.

Any help here?
