Widget that opens in a panel at the bottom like Attribute Table, but displays iframe content instead

I have a web application that displays a graph given a parameter called FID.

I'd like to display this graph at the bottom of the WebAppBuilder screen, based on the FID attribute of the selected feature.

I want it to remain visible like the Attribute Table panel, rather than a popup window that has to be closed before navigating to a different feature. So when the user clicks on a new feature the graph will automatically update.

What's the best way to achieve this? I assume I'd have to create a custom widget but don't know where to start with that. Happy to pay for development of a custom widget. Or if it's relatively simple I'm willing to give it a go if someone can give me a pointer in the right direction.
