Error: Unable to complete operation console error, init.js:182

I'm getting a consistent error with several of my web maps, in particular gis.atlantaga.gov/apps/most

Some users report the app will start the loading screen then go white.

This app was created with developer edition 1.3

Any ideas?

Not sure what I did, but I created a new web application using the local layer widget and the error cleared up. I also created a separate service for the layer I was using. Before I had it nested in another service.
