Can Web App Builder 2.0 run on Windows 2012 ?

I am trying to install Web App Builder 2.0 (WAB) on my server running with Windows 2012. Unfortunately, WAB is not working as it used to be when I had Windows 2008 on the same sever.

Can anyone help me to sort out this problem ?

Minusma,

Web AppBuilder Developer is NOT intended to be run on Windows Server. WAB Dev is intended to be deployed on a workstation where the app is built and configured and them once complete it is deployed to your Web Server. With the increased security and security lock down that was implemented on Server 2012 you will probably not get WAB Dev to run in this environment. There are several security holes in the version of NodeJS that is packaged with WAB Dev that would cause me to never even consider installing it on Windows Server anyway. So bottom line my advice is DON'T.
