Generate self service map books using WebAppBuilder

Hello! I saw a presentation on this at Dev Summit and I cannot for the life of me locate the presentation. I need to create a Web App for Portal that allows the user to click on a city and it gives all of the assets of a specific type in that city boundary as an excel spreadsheet and also as a pre-formatted map book in 11 x 17 with customizable charts depending on the data on the page.

Can someone please walk me through the overall steps required to produce an output like that that I'm talking about? thank you.

Looks like that video hasnt been made public - I have enquired about it's status. I'll let you know if I find out more. When ArcGIS Pro 2.2 comes out later (probably in the summer), it will have a WebAppBuilder web map printing tutorial and a map series example.
