Working with Stacked Features

I have stacked features (same feature class) in a WAB app, I need to be able to select a specific feature out of the stack to edit the attributes. I can only get one feature selected at a time. Does anyone have a strategy/technique to accomplish this?

When you select the features are you not given a popup with a previous and next button?

I do get the buttons when identifying, but not when editing.

I am given a popup but there is not previous or next button. I get the same result when I select features that are not stacked, I can clearly see many are selected but do not see a way to move through the features withing the edit popup or the widget.
