edit widget works in Chrome but not Explorer after adding fields to edit layer

Added 4 fields to an existing edit layer. Works in Portal service, works in WAB. When deployed only works in Chrome not Internet Explorer.

To specify "Works" in this case meaning the four new fields show up in the edit widget attributes. The edit widget in IE is not showing the new fields but still functions.

And you have cleared your browsers cache and reloaded the site right?

No errors, just works as before but doesn't show the added fields.

Nevermind. I've been repeatedly clearing browser cache and after what must be 9 or 10th time it finally worked and I'm seeing the new fields now.
