Web AppBuilder: Choose Web App

Hello,

I'm trying to add a Web Map into Web AppBuilder...

- I clicked on Choose Web Map, navigated to My Content, and selected a Web Map (the Web Map has been shared: Everyone (Public)).

- The loading icon/circle displays and spins for a while before disappearing and I'm left with a blank screen.

I'm at a lost... any ideas?

Ren,

All your steps sound correct. Have you tried another web map and see if it reacts the same?

Yes, I've tried it with all of my Web Maps that are available (approx. 10). Did not work for any of these.

With that being said it does work when I select Public > ArcGIS.com > Any Web Map.

Sounds like an issue that you will have to contact esri tech support about.
