Add Custom Themes and Widget to ArcGIS Online Web AppBuilder

I have the Developer Edition of Web AppBuilder downloaded on my computer and can use it to create custom themes and widgets. However, many of our (non developer) staff will be creating their applications via the Web AppBuilder that is built into ArcGIS Online (as part of our organizational account). How can I make my custom themes and widgets available through that ArcGIS Online version of Web AppBuilder, and perhaps even make a custom theme the default theme?

Note that I do not personally have administrative access to our ArcGIS Online Organizational account, so if any of this requires that kind of access I'd need to relay the "how to" up to the administrator to do.

Rebecca,

You can not use custom themes or widget in the AGOL version of WAB.
