WAB 1.2 developer edition Launchpad Theme doesn't clear widget results

I am having issues with the Launchpad Theme on WAB dev edition 1.2. Widget results do not clear after closing widget. Anyone having same issue?

So far the Chart widget. I also noticed that your Identify widget stays active even when I close the widget and clear the results.

I am having same issues with widgets and actual map loading in WAB 1.2 developer while editing map. It is slow and needing constant refreshing. Once map deployed to server it seems fine. One particular widget that is not working under WAB 1.2 is the draw widget that requires restarting the browser numerous times.

All,

The launch pad theme is a great looking theme but it has serious issues right now. It does not fire the onClose widget event (and possibly the onOpen either). Widget that depend on this events to do things like deactivate the draw box and clear graphics suffer from these events not being fired.

I have been testing other themes and seen that the Tab Theme also has issues. The results from the Graph widget do not get removed when you close the widget until another widget is used. The google street view peg man stays on the map even when the street view widget is closed.

Which/Whos Street View widget are you using? I just tested my Google Street View Widget 1.2 - 8/25/15 using the tab theme and the street view peg man is removed when the widget is closed/minimized.

I don't know why I couldn't get this to work but your link and download worked. Thanks. I still have an issue that WAB developer 1.2 loads but freezes and needs numerous refreshes in edit mode before I can do anything like add a widget or turn off/on layers. It seems the communication with my Server map services is much slower, hopefully just a network issue on my side.

I downloaded the widget from here Google Street View Widget 1.2 - 8/25/15

Notice pegman is still there when i close the widget

I have a few widgets so some of them go on a different panel. I just tested and the widget works as expected if the Google Street View Widget is on the main controller. It doesn't when it is part of the other panels.

As far as the LaunchPad theme here is a workaround that can be applied to each widget that has some dependence on the onClose event. I will be adding this workaround to each of my widgets in their next releases.

I add the dojo/aspect require and then in the postCreate function I add the code below.

          if(tPanel){

I have tested this using my eSearch, Identify, StreetView and they all work well with this workaround using the LaunchPad theme.

I have found that this behavior only occurs when the widget is added to the Anchor Bar Controller. Adding a widget to the number widgets section does not have this behavior.

This only happens in the ArcGIS Web AppBuilder 1.2 Developer Edition. It does not happen in ArcGIS Online's built-in Web AppBuilder.
