I am using the AGOL app builder and the online "street" basemap. When viewing the app on an ipad, connected to wifi,&nbsp; zooming works fine. when viewing the app over 3G and zooming in the base map shows with white bands across the screen. It seems like no data for part of the map is being loaded.
