WAB 2.11 & JS API 3.28 mobile device default fullscreen popup

Is there a way to change the default popup for mobile devices? After clicking a feature a small blue popup opens up with only a headline and an arrow. When i click this arrow a fullscreen popup with all necessary informations appears.

What i want, is to click the feature and the fullscreen popup comes up. Any ideas?
