Web AppBuilder - Can you Change North Orientation

Is there a way to rotate the orientation of your map in web AppBuilder. I want to be able to view map layers and basemap in orientations where north is not always "up".

If not is there a new idea for this already submitted that I can vote for this.

WAB 2D maps are built using the 3.x JS API and map rotation is not possible.

10-4, Any chance this is being worked on to resolved. It really sucks when I build a webapp that has "AS Built" images loaded in that are upside down and I'm trying to convince the field workers to use this ESRI solution upside down over adobe and bluebeam mark-up programs

The next gen app experience builder is built on JS 4.x API and allows map rotation but it is just now in Beta.
