WebMaps with Hyperlinks

I have a feature service that has a field that is hyperlink to a (http:/path) When you click on the feature within the map and the Attribute Window comes up the Link is not highlighted blue as a link. (See Attachment). When you click on the link it should take you to a word document. My question is there somewhere I need to active this, or does it even have this capability to do so in Web maps yet?

I believe you need to open configure Pop-up and under pop-up media add an image and add your field to URL. It should work that way.

Hi Preston,

Is this url path to a link on the web or to a shared drive location? ArcGIS Online does not support hyperlinks to UNC paths or to local shared drives. If you host the document on the web, such as in Sharepoint or Google Drive, you can use that share url in your field and pop up.

FAQ: Is it possible to create hyperlinks for data stored in a local drive in an ArcGIS Online web map?
