I guess the main question is " Can i access the "Web App Builder" App ?"</P><P>There is no "My Content" in my version of the Android ESRI ArcGIS application.</P><P>I made the app in my AGOL account here in the office on a PC, using Chrome. I then tried it out on my screen still logged into my AGOL account. Then I grabbed my phone and clicked my app button for ArcGIS.
