Web App Builder Widgets

I have created a map on Web App Builder which multiple users use to refer to specific data created for their team.

However one of the team is having issues with the widgets but noone else is.

Whenever she clicks open any widget it is automatically docking to the right hand side taking up half of the screen. does anyone know how to stop this and just make it small or be able to move it or even float the way it usually does.

Does this one user have a very small screen or it trying from a mobile device?

No the user is using the same laptop as myself and I am not having this issue it also "docks" to the right even on our 2nd larger screen.

Can you screenshot the laptop with the issue and share here?

It is docking to the right hand side (all of the widgets) however on the same kind of laptop and exact same map I am not having this issue.

Jenna,

That laptop must have the screen DPI or resolution set differently then. What I am seeing from that screenshot is that the app is in mobile view instead of desktop view. This is controlled by the mobilebreakpoint in the app. You can test this by adding this to the end of the url:

?mobileBreakPoint=300

After adding this the widgets should not dock.
