Need "Share Current Map View" widget for Web AppBuilder

One of the best ways to get your webmap noticed and to increase visitors is to make it really easy for visitors to share your map. Now that we have new URL parameter capabilities in Web AppBuilder 3.7 that allow the center and scale of the map to be defined we need somebody to build a widget for sharing the current map view. It could use the ubiquitous "Share This" icon:

It sounds really simple. All you have to do is append "&center=<longitude>,<latitude>&scale=<scale>" to the URL and then run it through a URL shortening service. If I could program in JavaScript I would do it myself 😉 but I can barely write python scripts.

Update 1 - It looks like rscheitlin already has most of this widget built for the developer's version of WAB - https://community.esri.com/docs/DOC-3247. Esri should follow his lead and include a similar widget in the online version of WAB.
