      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I agree! &amp;nbsp;It is confusing for users that the layer they've made visible does not open in the attribute table by default.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
