Public Notification widget - zoom to extent of buffer when search distance applied

When a user applies a search distance to an address I searched, the map should automatically zoom to the extent of that buffer so the user doesn't have to manually zoom out to see the results. Right now the map extent doesn't change and it's not immediately apparent that the search distance was applied. At least make this a parameter in configuration of the widget if it doesn't fit for default behavior.

Edit: Alternatively or additionally, add a zoom scale configuration for initial feature or address search that is part of the widget.

This was implemented in ArcGIS Online 6.3 release, September 2018.
