Map Rotation In ArcGIS Online

When working with linear features many of our customers use or ask for a map-rotation widget. Currently this is not availlable in the 2D webappbuilder. Would be very nice to have this widget/functionality.

It would also be nice to have the map rotate based on the user, so that the direction that he or she is traveling is at the top of the screen.

Would also be nice if you could set a Fixed map rotation to your web map or when you publish a map service the rotation you set in the data frame properties is applied to the map service.

I hadn't realized that this was already in production when I submitted an enhancement request with ESRI. I agree that this functionality needs to be added to ArcGIS Online. I have many public and in-house requests for this functionality to be available.
