Complete groupfilter URL parameter syntax options

The steps described in the ESRI online documentation to obtain a web app that has a URL with parameters used by the groupfilter widget. and it works! 🙂

The steps described in the ESRI online documentation allow to obtain a web app that has a URL with parameters used by the groupfilter widget.

Unfortunatetly, these parameters are restricted to selecting one or several discrete values (ref. ESRI Community Web AppBuilder question here)

Other common filter operators, although available in the widget, cannot be used via URL parameters:

filter on numeric values: greater than, lower than, greater than or equals , lower than or equals ;
filter on dates: date before... ; date after ....
filter on string parts: contains, starts with, ends with
exclusion filter: not equals to

Could these filter operators be added to the URL parameters? If so, could the documentation be completed with syntax examples?

Thank you for posting this idea. We have taken note of your request and will let you know if this is planned in a future update of Web AppBuilder.

Please note that the current development efforts are mainly focused on Experience Builder, and this idea would also be valid for the Experience Builder Filter widget.
