Interactive Legend: Allow Resizing

The Interactive Legend provides a great way to explore the map. But, it appears that its size is fixed.

Idea is to allow the creator of the web app to be able to resize the Interactive Legend.

The legend widget cannot be resized if it's on a side-panel, but on a floating panel, the resize option is built-in. just add it to one of the floating widgets.

I do not see how to resize the Legend when launched, either from the topbar icon or the floating widget icon. It creates alot of whitespace and takes away important map area. How exactly do I reduce the width?
