Add Create Layer to the Query Tool

Hi All,

<Select> has a great temporary [Create Layer] option that would be very useful in the <Query> drop-down choices. I have management that will not go into <My Content> and change permissions to add layers to the current map session. So, [Save to My Content] is not an option. It would be very nice to have the ability to add a temporary layer directly from a <Query> selection set.
