Edit/Smart Edit Widgets - Ability to Copy geometry

The ability to copy a feature (polygon specifically) from one feature layer to another. For example, to allow a user to copy a parcel from a parcel dataset to a project layer of sorts.

This capability was implemented in March 2019 in the Smart Editor widget.
