    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This my first use of ArcGIS Silverlight viewer, the problem is when I'm trying to connect to a local arcgis service located on my gis server.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I always get cannot connect to gis server &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I use the following url :&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://ServerName/ArcGIS/rest/services/ServiceName/MapServer"&gt;http://ServerName/ArcGIS/rest/services/ServiceName/MapServer&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I tried to use it directly from Internet explorer and it works but it is not working when using it from silverlight viewer ?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can you help me?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
