In order to fix this I can't just uninstall SL5, I have to uninstall all SL, VS2010, then reinstall and reapply VS2010 SP1. </SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>My machine has VS2012, SQL 2008 and 2012, and several other development tools installed. I don't really want to remove everything troubleshooting this problem.</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>Any ideas why the client wants a version of Silverlight that the ESRI Viewer can't handle?
