    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I remember that I have followed this steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- create a new application&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- see the folders missing in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Apps\appwithproblem\Culture with C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Apps\newapplication\Culture&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- copy in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Apps\appwithproblem\Culture the folders missing from C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Apps\newapp\Culture&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-return in builder and click on buttom upgrade&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Problems upgrading application to version 3.2</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've installed the latest version of the ArcGIS Viewer for Silverlight. I was able to upgrade 3 of my applications without any problems. I have 2 applications that I get the following error message on wen I try to upgrade them:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;[HttpWebRequest_WebException_RemoteServer]&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Argurments: NotFound&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Full error message attached.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;[ATTACH=CONFIG]30912[/ATTACH]&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
