I had added the Query Add-in during development. When deployed the pop-ups only work on the queried layers (simple address &amp; parcel data), but they do not on my map service. So I can query an address or parcel click on the returned graphics and get results, but not my service layers. They work perfectly on my development machine. Everything, data &amp; web app servers, are on the same box. Using Server 9.3.1 currently.
