Not able to access Pringingtools i Silverlight 3 viewer

Hi,

I have just installed the Silverlight 3.0 viewer and are trying to access the printingservice on the same machine that the silverlight builder are installed on.

The printingtools service is set to public and when I try to connect to the service i get an error preventing the viewer to use the servicice.

Everything is running on a 2008 R2 server with the webadapter installed.

The errormessage is attached

Any help is apreciated - this should be right out of the box??

Hi,

Please make sure that when you configure the Print tool in Silverlight viewer, you specify the

http://servicesbeta2.esri.com/arcgis/rest/services/Utilities/PrintingTools/GPServer/Export%20Web%20Map%20Task

task name (i.e., GP service name with the appended task name). Just

http://servicesbeta2.esri.com/arcgis/rest/services/Utilities/PrintingTools/GPServer/

wouldn't work.
