topic Error adding ArcGIS Online secure service to ArcGIS Viewer for Silverlight 3.1 in ArcGIS Viewer for Silverlight Questions https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-viewer-for-silverlight-questions/error-adding-arcgis-online-secure-service-to/m-p/117791#M348 <HTML><HEAD></HEAD><BODY><SPAN>When I attempt to sign in to ArcGIS Online through the application builder, or if signing in to ArcGIS Online when attempting to add secure data, I get the attached error.&nbsp; If I click "sign in" the map viewer shows my chosen basemap - sometimes my secure data displays, other times it does not and I get the exclamation mark in the Table of Contents.&nbsp; This has happened on two separate machines both with clean installs (they were not upgraded from a previous version of ArcGIS Viewer for Silverlight). There are no custom add-ins or behaviors.
