    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Silverlight, flex and .Net (viewers) don�??t start,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have posted this issue multiple times but sounds not root answer for it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It happens very often that when I start the Silverlight, flex and .Net then I got error message&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://p1/Builder/Default.aspx"&gt;http://p1/Builder/Default.aspx&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://P1/flexviewers"&gt;http://P1/flexviewers&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://p1/ArcGIS/Manager"&gt;http://p1/ArcGIS/Manager&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;[ATTACH=CONFIG]24598[/ATTACH]&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What might be the issue here?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Best&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Jamal&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi Jamal,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Did the web applications work previously and have now stopped working? or&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Are these brand new installations and they simply do not run?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Do you have the appropriate admin privileges on your computer when you installed the software?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Have you checked the status of your web server? (i.e., is IIS working properly?)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hope this helps,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
