Hi

I am just getting familiar with the ArcGIS Viewer for Silverlight.

My questions is how can i deploy the silverlight viewer maps from a website rather than my local machine?

Any advice would be appreciated.

From our Deploying" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">http://help.arcgis.com/en/webapps/silverlightviewer/help/index.html#/Deploying_applications/01770000003z000000/]Deploying Applications topic: When you are ready to deploy your Viewer application to a production environment, copy the published web application folder or folders from your development machine to the Web resources directory of the target web server. For example, if you created a new application called "Site1," you would copy the Site1 folder from the Apps directory of your development machine to the production environment. Depending on the configuration of the target web server, you may then need to configure a virtual directory to point to the copied directory.

Did you get it to work? I read the instruction many times, but still I don't know how to make it availabe to users.

Is there a tutorial on how to accomplished it?

Hi Elizabeth,

What stage are you currently at with deploying your website? Do you already have a server machine with IIS installed/setup? Is this something you manage or do you have an IT department?
