Could you specify what exactly this button should be able to perform please? There is already Basemaps "button" in the Viewer that lets user choosing the basemap to activate based on what the administrator configuring the Viewer has specified.

I would like to know if there is a way to create my own command, that behaves like the basemap button. I want to create a button that works like a drop-down menu, displaying what ever I want. To me, this is now the basemap button works. I realize you can add a group to the toolbar, but this displays other tools. The basemap tool has that little white arrow underneath it, and it isn't not part of the image; I can tell this by looking at the image in explorer.
