I have been getting the above message in the Settings page, a problem that has not allowed me to progress any further than the Settings page. I am using

ArcGis Viewer for Flex version 3.0
Windows XP
IIS 7.0

I'm currently trying to just save it under the default file directory. If you need any more information than this, just ask me (although please ask as simply as possible because I am obviously not well versed in this field). Thanks in advance.
