I plan to create a Mini-Map widget, which displays a feature queried. Please hint me where I can get such a kind of component. Thanks.

Have a look at the overview map widget:

If you change the line:

overviewMap.extent = map.extent.expand(3);

In the OverviewMapComponent.mxml

To:

overviewMap.extent = map.extent.expand(-3);

it will act as a magnifier instead
