      <title>No operational layers available Attribute table widget</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im creating a web viewer using the Viewer for Flex V3.7. I have 3 services present in the viewer and wish to use the Attribute Table widget. When I want to Edit the functionality of the widget it says there are no operational Layers available even though these layers load up in the viewer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
