Print widget - Export web Map Error.

Hi all,

Iam using Export web map task url (custom layouts). Iam getting this error while printing ESRI online base maps along with my local services.

Layer "World Aerial": Unable to connect to map server at http://server.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/World_Imagery/MapServer. Failed to execute (ExportWebMap). Failed to execute (Export Web Map).

I have set the proxy url also.

It happens the same vice versa also. i.e if i use ESRI export web map task url iam unable to print my local services.
Kindly advise what has to be done.

Keep in mind the HTTP request for that layer is going to be coming from the server which the ArcGIS Server 10.1 instance is installed on. If the security settings of your Server do not let it retrieve HTTP requests to Esri servers, then the server will show as unreachable.

In other words, if you remote desktop into your server and try to navigate to that URL, see if it is blocked by security settings.
