I've got the initialextent and fullextent set in my config.xml; they work fine.

What I would like is to limit the user from using the Navigation widget and/or the mouse to get out past my fullextent. I'm using a basemap so I assume that the nav widget is allowed to zoom out to the full extent of the basemap (the world).

Can I restrict my area of interest to just my layers (my full extent)? Do I have to make a custom base map for just my area to get this done?

Thanks,

Blaise
