LocateWidget.xml - URL - ArcGIS Viewer for Flex

Flex-Application Adress-Locator location

Today i got this error message within my flex application Locator-Widget.

The error message within the application looks like this:

"Connection to Locator-Service failed:
http://tasks.arcgis.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/WorldLocator/GeocodeServer "[...]"
[RPC Fault faultString="Sicherheitsfehler beim Zugriff auf die URL" faultCode="Channel.Security.Error" faultDetail="Ziel: DefaultHTTP"]"

The content of my LocateWidget.xml is the following:

<?xml version="1.0" ?>
<configuration label="World Geocoding">
    <locator>http://tasks.arcgis.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/WorldLocator/GeocodeServer</locator>
    <minscore>40</minscore>
    <zoomscale>10000</zoomscale>
</configuration>

Question: Is there a new locator url? I last checked the locator widget in 2015 or early 2016.
