Hi,

I'm having two problems that I think are related.
1. When trying to view my application by clicking "Run Index" I periodically get an error saying that index.html can't be found. If I run a Project Clean it fixes the issue, but it keeps cropping up. One cause seems to be viewing the files in the source directory, even if I don't modify them (e.g. opening up one of the src xml files in Notepad++ to review it with better formatting).
2. When I Export Release Build, index.html, default.htm, and playerProductInstall.swf don't end up in the final release.

index.mxml is set as the default flex application, generate HTML wrapper file is checked, etc. This is my first time working with Flash Builder 4, but I never ran into this with the old Flex Viewer 1.x and Flex Builder 3.

The output folder in Flex Build Bath in Project properties is set to bin-debug (I don't think I changed any of the default settings), but I don't want to stop being able to run the app in debug mode as I develop.

I'm guessing there's something simple/stupid I'm doing and I would be very grateful for any tips.
