You do have to have ArcGIS Server 9 or 10 Standard Edition or better. The server installation process creates a </SPAN><A _jive_internal="true" href="https://community.esri.com/www.root">www.root</A><SPAN> directory under the inetpub directory. Here you create a folder for your flex projects release build.
